As a Consultant, Sandhya Chari leads client engagements, advises and coaches leaders, and spearheads internal teams to develop solutions and deliverables through research and analysis. Sandhya has deep experience in international education and poverty alleviation and has extensive experience in strategy design, guiding theory of change development, impact evaluation, and designing frameworks for operations and decision support.
She joined as the first employee of Policy Innovations, a start-up social enterprise, where she led impact evaluation, strategy, and product design projects for education nonprofits in India. She became an independent consultant for VOICE 4 Girls, a social enterprise focused on adolescent girls, where she led strategy planning and organizational design that helped the organization grow from four to 10 employees and expand its reach from 1,500 to 3,000 girls in one year. Prior to her work in India, she worked on the ad sales team at Google.
Sandhya has a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in Political Science and an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
