In her role as the VP, Operations and Finance, Nou serves as a member of the executive team, leading business operations and finance function for the firm. Specifically, Nou leads the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to achieve our goals, build and/or evolve the infrastructure (e.g., people/partners, processes, systems, policies) required to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the organization, and manage the day-to-day tactical execution of our business operations and finance function. Nou is responsible for analyzing and helping the firm thoughtfully evolve our current infrastructure to best support the increasing volume of relationships and fund distributions, while keeping the people who are most impacted (e.g., our team, our clients, our clients’ stakeholders) at the center.
Nou Vang has over 20 years of nonprofit management experience with mission-driven organizations and membership and trade associations. She has managed operations for small and large nonprofit organizations with the largest being a national membership association with a $20M budget. An experienced project manager, Nou has led a variety of organization development projects including engaging a group of stakeholders to formulate a national membership model that enhances member experience while ensuring long-term financial viability, overseeing a $1.8million office construction project, and implementing organization-wide technology solutions. Nou is knowledgeable about strategic and operational aspects of management including efficiency and productivity, change management, and team development. She is passionate about helping organizations focus their energy on their purpose and objectives; creating and sustaining commitment to their visions; and reconciling differences and managing conflict.
Nou previously served as the SVP of Operations at the Association for Enterprise Opportunity, where she helped grow the annual budget to $16M and over 20 staff. She was instrumental in launching the organization’s Grants Management line of service that awarded over $40M in grants to small businesses impacted by Covid-19. She played key roles in launching two new departments: Department of Data and Analytics and Innovation Hub. Lastly she ensure that staff had the resources they needed to be successful through process automation and use of new technologies such as Slack, Monday.com and Calendly to name a few.
Nou is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a BA in Political Science and Masters of Public Administration.

As Executive Assistant, Nicole supports the Executive team with scheduling and logistics, keeping their calendars organized so they can focus on team and clients.
Nicole has 20 years of experience in administration and executive support. She loves to work with and support others who are passionate about what they do and striving to make our world better.
Nicole’s true passion is musical theatre and has had many amazing and unique opportunities as a professional singer and actor. One highlight is playing the role of Eponine on the Broadway National Tour of the musical Les Miserables.
Nicole received her B.F.A in Music, Dance and Theatre from Brigham Young University.

As a researcher-turned-strategic advisor and facilitator, Raffie helps her clients ground their work in deep understanding of their stakeholders and the environments in which they operate. She brings a decade of experience in research, analysis, facilitation, project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Through her strategy and capacity building work, she has supported leaders across the social-sector ecosystem, from small grassroots nonprofits to foundations, corporations, and intermediaries.
Before joining Community Wealth Partners, Raffie was a senior research analyst at Kantar Consulting. There, she led quantitative and qualitative market research studies for Fortune 500 clients, generating insights on shopper and consumer behavior and recommendations to accelerate growth. She also served as an account executive at IBM, specializing in their data management and analytics portfolio for large enterprise accounts.
Raffie received her MBA with high honors from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and her BA in Psychology from Middlebury College, where she graduated magna cum laude.

As Communications and Business Development Manager, Simone is responsible for communicating the impact of the firms’ work through day-to-day communications and marketing activities. In her role, she also supports day-to-day business development activities to deepen relationships with clients and partners.
Simone has over a decade of experience working with grassroots and nationwide nonprofit organizations in community outreach, program design and partnership development. Prior to joining the organization, Simone worked as an independent consultant helping nonprofit and for-profit entities build brand strategies and design programming. Before becoming a consultant, Simone served as the Director of Community Outreach for a cancer support center where she designed, managed and implemented an outreach plan to increase awareness and build partnerships in Black, brown, and LGBTQ+ populations. She has participated and led strategic planning sessions to help cultivate young leaders. Simone serves as a keynote speaker at retreats and facilitator for topics relevant to women and girls.
Simone received a B.A. in Communication from Bowling Green State University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland and as Co-Chair for the Women of Color Foundation Millennial Suite Network.
