In his role as senior consultant, Tulip Shah leads client relationships and engagements, facilitates diverse leadership teams in bold decision making and supports their execution, and contributes to overall strategic firm initiatives. He has helped clients design robust business operating models to deliver community-focused programs and services in a more sustainable and efficient manner as well as develop cohesive strategies that effectively leverage the clients inherent assets to accomplish their social mission. Tulip brings more than 25 years of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, working in executive and leadership roles at top organizations such as GM, Delphi, and AARP. Through his work he has spearheaded major market expansions and initiatives in more than two dozen countries around the world. He has extensive international expertise in strategic planning, business and new markets development, marketing, brand management, sales, engineering, eBusiness, and social media. Tulip has earned academic credentials from the Kellogg School of Management (AEP, Business), the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (MBA, Finance), Northwestern University (MS, Chemical Engineering), and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BS, Chemical Engineering).
