She has worked in employment, education, housing and community development, and has extensive experience leading organizations through the development and implementation of sustainable business strategies. In addition, Tanya has extensive proficiency in guiding clients through stakeholder engagement, feasibility assessments and organizational change processes. She has helped facilitate state-wide groups of stakeholders measurably reduce instances of bullying within school settings, collaborated with nation-wide funding entities to execute executive level leadership coaching across groups of grantees, and guided numerous non-profit organizations through sustainable income strategy assessment and business plan development. She has consulted at A.T. Kearney, where she helped achieve operational improvements for a range of non-profit and Fortune 50 clients. She assisted Sears to craft its North American telecommunication strategy, assisted Sara Lee for 6-month period to reduce its telecom spend by 54%, guided Ford through an 8-month process to achieve 12% savings in plastics, and consulted with Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry through the development of a five-year strategic plan. Tanya has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
