Who inspires me: Ordinary people who help others—no matter their differences—achieve their dreams, goals, and aspirations for the betterment of society.
I do what I do because: I seek to build upon the legacies set forth by those visionaries who believed in the power of diversity and inclusion.
I feel most courageous when: I step outside my comfort zone and see failure as an opportunity to grow.
