As a Senior Consultant, Sandra Moore leads client relationships and engagements by facilitating diverse leadership teams in bold decision making and supporting the execution of transformational new ideas.
Sandra has extensive experience in strategy and implementation design, change management, organizational design, and data analytics. Most recently, Sandra was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, where she led teams in developing strategies and designing large scale change initiatives for companies in a range of industries. She supported the development of a five-year growth strategy and implementation plan at a charter school network that led to improvements in academic results even as the organization significantly increased the number of students served. While at Bain, Sandra founded the office’s partnership with City Year DC, supporting the organization in delivering training to its corps members and leveraging its data to identify programming needs. Prior to Bain, Sandra was a Senior Analyst at the Government Accountability Office, where she led teams in performance audits of federal programs, including identifying overprescription of mental health drugs to children in foster care and failures in the investigation of wage violations.
Sandra received her M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where she was a McDonough Scholar, and her B.S. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
