As a Consultant, Megan Coolidge leads client engagements, advises and coaches leaders, and spearheads internal teams to develop solutions and deliverables through research and analysis.
She has extensive experience in the social entrepreneurship field—developing new initiatives, managing programs, and building cross-sector partnerships. Most recently, Megan was a Senior Fellow with B Lab where she helped launch Best for NYC, a movement to inspire and equip New York City businesses to measure and improve their business practices related to their workers, community, and the environment. Prior to B Lab, she was most recently a Program Manager at Ashoka where she connected corporate leaders and social entrepreneurs to collaboratively tackle social and environmental challenges. Megan was also a founding team member for La Ceiba Microfinance Institution, a student-led and client-centered microfinance program in Honduras.
Megan holds an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Gender and Development from George Washington University as well as a B.A. in International Relations and Hispanic Studies from the College of William & Mary.
