As a consultant, Claire Fiser leads client engagements, advises and coaches leaders, and spearheads internal teams to develop solutions and deliverables through research and analysis. Claire brings a variety of experience in nonprofit administration, specifically in the areas of strategic collaboration, organizational strategy development, planning, and fundraising. Claire has strong experience supporting diverse stakeholders in assessing, developing, and sustaining effective collaboration. She has supported multiple foundations in engaging in and leveraging collaborative efforts and also brings expertise in advising and supporting groups of stakeholders. A core strength of Claire’s work is developing and fortifying core components of collaboration to ensure sustainability and effectiveness in achieving shared goals. Claire has worked with clients to assess and start a collective impact effort and also done work with clients to strengthen existing efforts. Claire brings experience working with organizations and collaborative efforts around health and health care, food access and quality, racial and ethnic equity, and education. She has also worked with a leadership development organization to assess earned income opportunities and develop a business plan for implementation of the social enterprise. Additionally, Claire has provided strategy and research support to multiple organizations seeking to develop milestones and strategies to attain the bold and believable goals for their work. Prior to her work at Community Wealth Partners, Claire served as the Development Research Analyst for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation where she developed impact-oriented strategic initiatives and supported fund development through targeted prospect research. Claire has a B.A. from Davidson College in French with a minor in music, and a MA in Arts Administration and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
