Data Analytics Manager
I do what I do because: I believe in the power of information: Data science can accelerate bold social change by identifying what works and advocating for proven solutions.
I think the world would be better if: Our collective definition of success included how much we’ve done for others, not just how well we’ve done for ourselves.
As the Data Analytics Manager, Christina Pappas spearheads the advancement of data systems and infrastructure, develops user-friendly models to promote a culture of data sharing, partners with client teams to plan and execute actionable analysis, and manages data needs across the organization. Her core expertise lies in using numbers to tell stories. Prior to joining Community Wealth Partners, Christina led the Business Analytics division at Kantar Retail, a global consultancy delivering growth solutions to leading blue chip brands and companies. There, Christina directed domestic and international client engagements, designed limited-input optimization scenarios for clients in emerging markets, and developed a robust regression tool allowing for the decomposition of sale impact by unique at-shelf practice. She has also advanced her analytic skills through clinical work at the Tufts Medical Center and as a scholar at the Interpersonal Perception and Communication Laboratory, where her research focused on stereotype threat, gender, and mathematics. Christina graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics.
