In her role as Director, Amy Farley leads client relationships and engagements by facilitating diverse leadership teams in bold decision making and supporting the execution of transformational new ideas. Amy has a unique blend of business, nonprofit, and foundation experience, with a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and driving creative solutions that have delivered stronger collective solutions while increasing revenue and organizational growth.
Amy has a track record of success in facilitating collaboration and serving as a strategic advisor to foundations and campaigns who wish to capitalize on opportunities to achieve greater impact through collaborative approaches. She has core expertise in facilitating diverse stakeholders and utilizes both in-person and virtual meetings and conferences to help them align around shared visions and achieve greater measureable impact through collaboration. She has served as a strategic advisor and helped establish new collective impact initiatives at the city level and at the state level. At the national level she led the development of a collaborative learning cohort by bringing together different communities from around the country around a shared goal. Amy also brings deep experience in health, education and the social services.
At Community Wealth Partners she has coached and led multiple nonprofits and foundations as they designed and implemented new strategies and programs. She has dedicated her career to supporting and leading high performing organizations serving previously as a Program Officer at the Tiger Foundation of New York City, as the VP of Business Management at Harlem Village Academies, and as the National Director of Operations for Building Educated Leaders for Life (BELL).
Amy has a B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Boston University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
