Addition of Social Sector Leader Signals Firm’s Commitment to Continuous Learning
Washington, DC – Community Wealth Partners (http://www.communitywealth.com) is pleased to announce that Rachel Mosher-Williams has joined the firm as their first Director of Learning and Impact. Mosher-Williams is leading the design of learning and performance measurement systems so Community Wealth Partners and its partners increase their understanding of what it takes to solve social problems and adopt continuous learning practices. Mosher-Williams brings over 20 years of social sector experience including establishing her own consulting practice focused on helping nonprofits and foundations achieve and measure greater impact. Prior to founding RMW Consulting, Mosher-Williams served as the Vice-President of the Council on Foundations and as a Director at the Aspen and Urban Institutes previously. Her expertise spans organizational change strategy, research and analytics, performance measurement, institutional partnerships, and communications. Mosher-Williams is also an accomplished author, editor, and speaker, and served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action.

Community Wealth Partners also recently created a Data Analytics Manager position, focused on spearheading the advancement of data systems and infrastructure. Christina Pappas supports the creation of valuable data systems and infrastructure, designs user-friendly models to promote data sharing, and partners with project teams to drive actionable analysis for clients. Prior to joining Community Wealth Partners, Christina led the Business Analytics division at Kantar Retail, a global consultancy delivering growth solutions to leading blue chip brands and companies.
